I was walking across campus today when I came across a tour walking in the opposite direction. Naturally I tried not to bother them…and toward the end of the group after I walked past these two guys I heard some laughing and then one of them said “Ginger!” Thanks guys…really? I understand we are not indigenous to the area but we migrated here some time ago, you’d...

Sorry about the lack of posts lately
I cannot believe the amount of work I’ve got for college now! Plus I’m shooting in film for my photo class so my digital camera isn’t in use as much anymore. But I’ll try to take some pictures to post here soon :) Eventually I hope I can scan some of my very own prints to show here!

Slytherin is leading in house points on Pottermore
And yet they have the fewest people in their house. I detect quite a bit of ambition there. Also, Hufflepuff has the most members but they are last—and their leaderboard displays the lowest individual numbers of all the houses. It seems typical of them to share the house points like that and make it more of a team effort :)  I’d say the sorting hat is doing its job.

I got my Pottermore e-mail!
I’m in Gryffindor, and my wand is laurel with dragon-heartstring core. :)  If you’re interested, yes, the site is addicting, but it gets tiring reading all that information so I don’t think people will waste *too* much time on it all at once ;)

The internet connection here won't let me upload...
Hey guys, as you may have noticed I’ve been re-blogging a lot of stuff since my summer photo challenge ended. That’s not coincidence—the “high speed” internet here at St. Edward’s won’t allow photo uploading! It just fails every time. So, I’ll have to find a way to figure out a way around that. Until then I thought I’d let you know that’s...

So, what's next?
Now that I’m finished my summer photo challenge, what’s next for my blog? Well, I won’t close it, I’ll just change it a little. First of all… I won’t have to take/post a photo every day! That doesn’t mean that I will stop posting my photos all together; some of them may be old, or I may post more than one a day! I’m going to have a lot more...

Summer Photo Challenge is over!
You’ve probably noticed, if you’ve been following me for some time, that I have been doing a summer photo challenge—to take one photo a day and post it online. And I have to say, I did a pretty good job at sticking with it. My final thoughts on the project? It was really, really tough. At first I thought “Hey, how could this get old? I have so many things I want to...

My thoughts and prayers are with everyone who was... →
I’ve been to a few concerts there myself, and everyone was always so happy. It was like nothing bad could ever happen at that fair. One of those places you look back on when you’re 80 and reminiscing about the “good old days.” It’s hard to believe that this could happen.
